小儿川崎病60例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Kawasaki Disease in Children

目的探讨川崎病(KD)的临床特点和诊断方法。方法对商丘市第一人民医院2007年3月至2010年3月收治的60例川崎病临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例早期均有持续发热,皮疹,双侧球结膜充血,口腔及咽部黏膜弥散充血潮红,唇红干裂,杨梅舌,肛周皮肤潮红、脱屑,其典型症状如较特异的手足硬肿出现较晚。结论川崎病早期临床表现不典型且缺乏特异性诊断方法,正确的鉴别诊断是预后的关键。

Objective Kawasaki disease（KD） of the clinical features and diagnostic methods.Methods From March 2007 to March 2010,60 cases of KD were admitted were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients had early continuous fever,rash,bilateral conjunctival congestion,diffuse hyperemia of oral and pharyngeal mucosa flushing,vermilion chapped,red bayberry tongue,and perianal skin flushing,scaling,typical symptoms such as hand,foot and more specific hard swelling occurs later.Conclusion The early clinical manifestations of atypical KD and the lack of specific diagnosis,the correct diagnosis is prognosis.
