辅酶Q_(10)联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Coenzyme Q_(10) Combined with Reduced Glutathione in the Treatment of Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的观察辅酶Q10联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病临床疗效。方法将66例酒精性肝病患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,给予复方丹参注射液、肌苷和维生素C。治疗组34例,给予辅酶Q10及还原型谷胱甘肽。两组疗程均为4周。观察临床症状、体征、肝功能指标,判断药物疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组66%,两组比较有显着性差异(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,肝功能改善更明显P,值<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗中均无明显不良反应。结论辅酶Q10联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病疗效满意。

Objective To the clinical effects of coenzyme Q10 combined with glutathione in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.Methods 66 patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into two groups： 34 cases of the treatment group was treated by coenzyme Q10 and reduced glutathione.32 cases of the control group was treated by compound salvia injection,adenosine and VitC,the period of treatment was four weeks.Then evaluated the effect according to the value of clinical symptoms,physical sign,liver function.Result The total efective rate of treatment group was 88%,while control group was 66%,there was significant difference（P0.05）.As compared with control group,treatment group had more obvious improvements on liver function after treatment,there were significant differences（P0.05）.There no side effect in both group.Conclusion It＇s satisfied to treat alcoholic liver disease with coenzyme Q10 combined with reduced glutathione.
