保妇康栓辅助治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的探讨微波联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的手术方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析微波及保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染244例的临床疗效。结果术后4周随访,治疗组和对照组的治愈率分别为99.18%(121/122)和90.98%(111/122),经χ2检验,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;两组的阴道排液量及脱痂出血时间比较均P<0.01;术后6个月HPV转阴率治疗组为95.37%(103/108),对照组为85.57%(83/97),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染效果显著。
