摘要 高校教师绩效考核问题是提高学校师资力量,推进高校改革和发展的核心问题。基于高校教师群体的特殊性,建立切实可行的高校教师绩效考核体系,对于提高教师的积极性,加强教师队伍建设,促进学校发展具有重要意义。将平衡计分卡(Balanced Scored card)引入高校教师绩效考核体系,遵循公平适用等原则,对高校教师进行全面综合的评价管理具有重要的现实意义。 The problem of performance assessment of college teachers is the core problem to promote the teachers qualities and to improve the innovation and development of colleges. Based on the specific characteristics of college teachers, to make operable performance assessment system of college teachers can improve the enthusiasm of teachers, strengthen the construction of teacher staff and promote college development. This paper brings Balanced Scoring Card to the performance assessment system of college teachers on the basis of equality and practicability, which has a significant and practical impact on the full and comprehensive assessment of college teachers.
