要对大学毕业生进行有效的诚信教育,必须坚持主体间性的教育模式,努力做到由单纯管理向管理与服务相统一转变,由普及共性向培养共性与个性相统一转变,由单纯监督向监督与引导并重转变,由单向灌输向灌输与渗透相统一转变,由重视理论宣教向理论与实践相统一转变。

In order to implement honesty education of graduates,we must adhere to the educational model of inter-subjectivity,try to make the following five changes： the change from the simple management to the unity of management and service,from universality to training the unity of universality and individuality,from simple monitoring to the unity of supervision and guidance,from one-way instill to the unity of penetration and instill,from emphasis on theory to the unity of theory and practice.
