论高校二级学院教学档案管理中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Its Countermeasures in Secondary College's Teaching File Management in Higher Education

高校二级学院档案管理存在的主要问题有:教学档案材料收集不全面;档案管理界限不清;传统手工立卷等。其原因为院领导、兼职档案员、教师对档案管理重视程度不够;缺乏完善的规章制度;档案管理人员素质不高;档案馆的宣传、指导、督促不到位。对此二级学院教学档案管理人员应转变思想,增强档案归档意识,制定严格的教学档案管理制度;提高教学档案管理人员的素质与水平;加强教学档案的信息化管理。

The major problems in file management of are as follows： incomplete collection of teaching file materials;non-clear line of file management;traditional artificial filing and etc..The reasons for them include insufficient attention to file management paid by college leaders,part-time file clerk and teachers;lack of perfect rules and regulations;not high qualified file clerks;inadequate publicity,guidance and supervision.As for these,secondary college＇s file managers should change their thoughts,strengthen file consciousness and establish strict teaching file management systems,improve the qualities and levels of teaching file clerks and reinforce information management of teaching files.
