不同自体皮神经移植修复神经缺损后S-100蛋白的表达

摘要 目的探讨不同结构皮神经移植修复神经缺损的再生效果。方法新西兰兔27只,随机分为A、B、C组,分别用自体耳大神经、隐神经、股外侧皮神经桥接修复耳大神经1.2cm长缺损,术后1、2、4周,分别取移植体中部标本行免疫组化染色,观察S-100蛋白表达情况并采用ImageProPlus6.0图像分析软件进行图片分析。结果术后1周,S-100光密度比较为C组>B组>A组(P<0.05);术后2周,S-100光密度比较为C组>A组,B组>A组(P<0.05);术后4周,各组间S-100光密度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论不同结构的供神经对移植后再生效果有显著影响,轴突密度大、数量多且截面积小的供神经移植后再生效果好。 Objective To investigate the effect of transplantation with different cutaneous nerves for neural regeneration. Methods Twenty-seven New Zealand rabbits were used in this experiment. After dissociating the hibateral auricularis magnus with the artificial lesions long 1.2cm, the lesions were repaired by the adventitia saturation technique with auricularis magnus, saphenous nerve, and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, respectively. Immunohistochemistry of S-IO0 in transplanted tissues were performed later 1, 2 and 4 weeks after the operation. The optical density of S-IO0 protein was measured by Image Pro Plus 6.0 software. Results One week after the operation, the optical density of S-100 protein in group C was greater than in group B, and that of group B was greater than group A (P〈0.05). Later 2 weeks after the operation, the optical density in group B was greater than that in group A, and that of group C was greater than group A (P〈0.05). Later 4 weeks after the operation, no statistical difference was noticed for the optical density of S-100 protein among the three groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The donor nerve with larger anxonal number and density and smaller area of cross sectional area has better outcome on regeneration after autologous nerve transplantation.
