Chemical Constituents of Sarcophyton tortuosum

摘要 目的:研究扭曲肉芝软珊瑚的化学成分。方法:综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物, 并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果:从中分离得到5个化合物, 分别鉴定为 brassicolide (1), emblide (2),methyl tortuoate A (3), methyl tortuoate B (4), (24S)-24-methylcholestane-1,3, 5, 6, 25-pentol 25-monoacetate (5)。结论:化合物1,2和5都是首次从该珊瑚中分离得到。 AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Sarcophyton tortuosum. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as brassicolide (1), emblide (2), methyl tortuoate A (3), methyl tortuoate B (4), and (24S)-24-methylcholestane-1, 3, 5, 6, 25-pentol 25-monoacetate (5). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2 and 5 were isolated from this species for the first time.
