摘要
目的:研究薄叶红厚壳根的乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:运用各种色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化, 用理化方法和波谱数据解析其化学结构。结果:分离得到 11 个呫吨酮,结构分别为 1, 7-二羟基-3-甲氧基呫吨酮(1), 1, 5, 6-三羟基呫吨酮(2), 1, 3, 6-三羟基-5-甲氧基呫吨酮(3), 1, 3, 7-三羟基呫吨酮(4), 1-羟基-6, 7-二甲氧基呫吨酮(5), 3, 5-二羟基呫吨酮(6), 4-羟基-3-甲氧基呫吨酮(7), 1, 2-二甲氧基呫吨酮(8), 1, 3, 5-三羟基呫吨酮(9), pyranojacareubin(10), 1, 4, 5-三羟基呫吨酮(11)。结论:所有的化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到, 其中 1, 3-7, 9 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
AIM: To investigate chemical components of the ethyl acetate fraction of Calophyllum membranaceum. METHODS: Isolation and purification were carried out by several column chromatographic methods. Compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Eleven xanthones were isolated from ethanol extract of the roots of C. Membranaceum. The structures of those xanthones were elucidated as 1, 7-dihydroxy- 3-methoxyxanthone (1), 1, 5, 6-trihydroxyxanthone (2), 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-xanthone (3), 1, 3, 7-trihydroxyxanthone (4), 1-hydroxy-6, 7-dimethoxyxanthone (5), 3, 5-dihydroxyxanthone (6), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy xanthone (7), 1, 2-dimethoxyxanthone (8), 1, 3, 5-trihydroxyxanthone (9), pyranojacareubin (10), and 1, 4, 5-trihydroxyxanthone (11). CONCLUSION: All compounds are firstly isolated from this plant and compounds 1, 3-7, 9 were isolated from the Calophyllum genus for the first time.
