摘要
首先提出了球头立铣刀前刀面的加工数学模型,根据PMAC可实现多轴控制特点,设计了一台四轴联动的球头立铣刀专用刃磨设备,实验验证了球头立铣刀前刀面数学模型的正确性及刃磨设备的可行性。
The paper proposed the processing mathematical model about rake face of a ball - end cutter, it designed a special grinding equipment whose four- axis can link according to multi -axis control features in PMAC. The experiment proves the accuracy of mathematical models in ball - end cutter rake and the feasibility of grinding equipment.
