摘要
应用荧光光谱研究了2,6-二(邻甲基苯亚甲基)环己酮(用A表示)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)间的结合作用,确定了A对BSA的荧光猝灭过程的猝灭机理.测定了不同温度下该结合反应的结合常数,结合位点数,热力学参数.结果表明A与BSA以1∶1的比例结合形成复合物,结合过程主要是熵驱动,相互作用主要为疏水作用力.
The interaction of 2,6 - bis(2 - methylbenzylidene)cyclohexan - 1 - one(A)and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum. It 's proved that the fluorescence quenching of BSA by A is a result of A - BSA complex. The binding constant, the number of binding sites and thermodynamic parameters were measured at different temperatures by fluo- rescence quenching method. Experimental results showed that the quenching mechanism is dynamic quenching procedure, the complication substance was produced through the A binding with BSA as 1"1.
