摘要
通过自然种群观察及实验种群饲养,系统研究了报喜斑粉蝶华南亚种Delias pasithoe porsenna(Cramer,1776)的形态特征及生物学特性。自然种群在广州1年发生6代,无越冬现象。在温度28℃、相对湿度70%、光照L∶D=12h∶12h条件下,实验种群卵期7.95±0.78d,幼虫期27.69±0.82d,蛹期11.33±0.98d,成虫寿命9.68±1.69d。
The morphological and biological characteristics of D. pasithoe porsenna were studied in this paper based on the observations of both the natural populations and the experimental populations of this butterfly. The results indicated that Delias pasithoe porsenna completed 6 generations per year in Guangzhou without overwintering. The durations of eggs,larvae and pupae of the experimental populations were 7.95±0.78,27.69±0.82 and 11.33±0.98 days respectively,and the longevity of the adults were 9.68±1.69 days under 28℃,70% RH and L：D=12h：12h photoperiod.
