Achievement and developing trends of coal mine resources integration and restructuring in Xinjiang

介绍了1999年之后尤其是近5年新疆煤炭工业结构调整和兼并重组的基本情况和存在的问题,提出了进一步推进煤炭产业结构优化升级的原则和目标、范围、途径以及模式,并提出了新疆煤炭产业结构优化升级的政策和措施。

In this paper,the author introduces the general situation and existing problems of coal industry structural adjustment,merging,regrouping in Xinjiang since 1999,especially the situation in the recent five years,and puts forward the principles,targets,scope,approach and models which will further promote the restructuring of coal industry.The paper also introduces relevant measures and policies for the coal industry restructuring and optimization in Xinjiang.
