摘要
利用熟石灰处理农作物秸秆,将所得粘结剂与粉煤混合,并在实验室加工成型煤样品。对型煤样品的理化性能指标进行测试,在此基础上确定了生物质型煤的最佳制备工艺。利用显微镜对生物质型煤的微观结构进行了分析,为确定其成型机理提供了依据。
In this paper,bio-briquette binder is prepared from agricultural stalk and straw by Ca(OH)2 treatment.Then bio-briquette is made from the above binder and different coals in laboratory.The physiochemical indexes of the bio-briquette are measured and analyzed and optimized preparation process conditions are determined based on these results.The microstructure of the bio-briquette is analyzed using microscope,which provides grounds to determine briqueting mechanism.
