脱硫用石灰石脱硫性能实验研究

An experimental study on the desulfering ability of the limestones for desulfurization process in circulating fluidized bed boiler in Yanzhou mine area

针对循环流化床锅炉石灰石炉内脱硫效果不稳定、石灰石利用率低等问题,对兖州矿区范围内石灰石资源进行调研,并进行采样分析研究。通过实验室化学分析、实验台实验及电厂工业实际应用研究,确定了各产地石灰石的炉内脱硫品质,取得了良好的应用效果。

This paper presents the investigation and study on the desulfurization performances of the lime stones produced in Yanzhou mine area.This study is focused on the unstable desulfurization ability and lower utilization rate of the local limestones during the desulfuring process in circulating fluidized bed boilers.With the help of laboratory chemical analysis,bench test and practical application research in power plants,data about desulfurization ability of limestones from different regions are determined,which help realize in improved results.
