摘要 气基流体钻井方式主要包括纯气体钻井、雾化钻井、泡沫钻井及充气泥浆钻井等,各钻井方式气液流量、气液比例相差较大,环空流态迥异,对地层的适应性,钻遇复杂事态时的应对措施及处理效果是不同的。在理论分析的基础上,结合大量实践,对气基流体钻遇复杂情况时的钻井转换技术进行了系统剖析,形成了解决现场实际问题的工艺措施和方法。对伊朗TABNAK-3井气基流体钻井转换技术进行了介绍,为同类施工提供借鉴。 Gas-based fluid drilling methods are primarily comprised of gas drilling,atomized drilling,foam drilling as well as aerated mud drilling.For different method,gas-fluid flowrate,gas fluid ratio,annular flow pattern and formation compatibility are to-tally different.So the treatment and effect are also different in case of operation failure.Based on theoretical analysis,referring to field practices,gas-based fluid drilling conversion technology is systematically analyzed in case of downhole troublesome conditions.And relevant technologic measures and methods for field problems have been prepared.This paper introduces the gas-based fluid drilling conversion technology for Iranian well TABNAK-3,which is believed to offer reference to similar operations.
