摘要
控压钻井技术因其可有效降低窄密度窗口钻井喷、涌同层钻井工程复杂、提高钻井时效,已成为国内钻井新技术研究开发的热点。基于井底恒压原理自主研究开发了控压钻井系统,文中对其框架构成,各分系统之间的通讯、逻辑关系进行了阐述。对于控压钻井工艺转换过程中压力控制的突出问题,提出了压力控制衔接的工艺方法,效果较好,为同类油井的钻进提供了参考。
Pressure controlling drilling technology has attracted domestic interests in research and development due to its advan-tages as decreasing well blowout and flushing in low permeability window opening drilling operation as well as improving drilling efficiency.This paper focuses on pressure controlling drilling system independently developed by us based on the bottomhole constant pressure.And the framework structure as well as connections and logical relation between subsystems are also introduced.Aiming at related problems with pressure control in drilling technologies transformation,the method of pressure control conjugation is proposed in this paper.
