普光气田超深水平井暂堵后防卡技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 普光气田储层普遍具有埋藏深、硫化氢含量高、产量大等特点,该气田中的超深水平井存在储层跨度大、水平段长、摩阻高、循环过程中低边无法有效循环到位、射孔后筛管以下井段无法建立循环、暂堵施工后水平段残留大量暂堵浆等问题,常常造成完井管柱下入途中遇阻卡等复杂情况。暂堵后防卡技术旨在通过对普光气田超深水平井射孔暂堵后的暂堵浆排出方式、使用的压井液性能等方面展开优化研究,以形成一套有效的超深水平井暂堵后防卡技术,保证普光气田的有效开发,并为该类川东北地区水平井的开发作业提供参考。 Such reservoir characteristics as deep burial,high content of hydrogen sulphide and large output are universally present-ed in Puguang gas field.At present,part of wells are developed by means of horizontal well perforation completion technology.Some problems as follows are generally encountered in ultra deep horizontal well: wide reservoir span;long horizontal interval;larger friction drag;lower part fails to be swept by circulation activity;circulation after shot can not be performed in hole section below screen pipe;as well as bulk blocking slurry remains across the horizontal segment.As subsequence,completion string is blocked or sticked during trip in.In view of this,sticking prevention technology for temporarily blocked unltra deep horizontal well is developed on the basis of study on blocking slurry discharge method and well control fluid performance.It is believed this technology will work well for development effectiveness in Puguang gas field or the like in northeast Sichuan.
