摘要
针对石006井区三工河组油气藏各井地质条件及开采状况差异性大、部分采气井关井压力高于15.0 MPa、外排后因井筒积液不能连续开井生产的特点,研究适用于井筒积液采气井的机抽排液采气及配套工艺。常规抽油井井口密封器及三通承压等级低,只能耐压10.0 MPa以下,研究应用新型光杆密封器经实验可耐压40.0 MPa。现场应用表明,采用该技术对采气井进行挖潜,取得了良好的经济效益,对国内外类似气藏的老井挖潜具有借鉴作用。
Wells,locating in Sangonghe group of wellblock Shi 006,present different geological conditions and production behav-iors.The shut-in pressure of some gas production wells is above 15.0 MPa.And after fluid drainage,continuous well startup fails to be maintained due to liquid loading.In view of such shortcomings,fluid discharge by pumping and supporting technique for gas production well with liquid loading is studied.In conventional pumping well,wellhead sealer and tee joint can not bear pressure above 10.0 MPa.For this reason,one new polished rod sealer with 40.0 MPa pressure resistance is developed.Field conducts show application of this technique gains favorable economic and social benefits.
