国产超高压压裂施工装备配套及在深层致密气藏的应用

摘要 近年来国内深层气藏勘探开发投资剧增,由于缺乏相应的钻井和完井技术手段,深层致密气藏效益较差。压裂、水平井及分段压裂是提高单井产能主要手段,超高压压裂施工需求旺盛。但国内140 MPa级别超压裂施工主要依托国外装备和技术,成本高、不配套、施工组织难。为此,配套了适合140 MPa压裂施工的全套国产超高压施工装备、地面管汇、压裂管串、井下工具,采用了压裂裂缝识别技术、多级粒径降滤技术、优化射孔等技术,在X11井等5口井中应用成功,施工最高压力达到113 MPa,最大加砂量达到83 m3,施工成功率100%,对同类深层致密气藏勘探开发超高压压裂施工具有借鉴意义。 In recent years,the investment in deep gas reservoirs exploration and development in domestic increases dramatically.Due to lack of drilling and completion techniques,the benefit from deep tight gas reservoir is dissatisfied.The primary means to improve well productivity is fracturing,horizontal well and staged fracturing.Super pressure fracturing technology is facing potential market.Be-fore 2009,140 MPa super pressure fracturing operations in domestic mainly depended on foreign equipments and technologies,causing high cost,equipment disconformity and construction difficulties.For this reason,one complete home-made system including construc-tion equipments,choke line,fracturing pipe string and downhole tools was formed for 140 MPa super pressure fracturing jobs.And also,such technologies as induced fracture recognition,multiple particle fluid loss and perforation optimization were successfully deployed in five wells including well X11.In field applications,top operation pressure came to 113 MPa and maximum sand input was 83 m3.100% success ratio has offered reference for other similar super pressure fracturing jobs in deep tight gas reservoirs.
