摘要 针对华北油田公司第三采油厂因油藏地质构造、钻井技术、管具材质、油水井作业等原因造成部分油水井套窜现象,介绍了升、降套与纠偏治理工艺及其现场应用情况,提出工艺改进方向和进一步治理思路,即把油水井按照钻井完井日期及所属油藏物性特点进一步分类和归纳,对已经窜出或偏斜的进行治理;对没有窜出的,结合实际情况在作业施工时给予应力释放,用环形钢板连接的要割开,用套管头完井的卸开外侧顶丝。钻井部门完井时考虑华北平原特殊的地表沉降情况,先期采取预防措施是解决井口升高问题的有效途径。 Aiming at relatively casing uplift occuring in some oil and water wells resulting from geological structure,drilling tech-nique,casing quality and relevant operation,this paper introduces technologies for casing lift and drop as well as inclination treatment.Based on field application,further improvement and measures are proposed.That is to say,oil and water wells should be classified in accordance with drilling completion date and individual reservoir property,and measures should be taken for inclined wells,conversely,stress release should be done.On drilling completion date,in consideration of particular crustal subsidence across Huabei plain,earlier precautionary measures should be the effective way to prevent wellhead ascension.
