It＇s brought forward in this thesis to use project-risk-control-theory to improve current construction management mode so as to solve the conflicts and problems in practical construction management.To improve the integrate quality and work positivity of the construction managing staff by strengthening training and professional management.To solve the problems in actual work,improve the construction management in word and deed,satisfy the construction management requirements of the construction enterprises.It＇s important for the enterprises to control the project risk.
