摘要
技能型创业教育是以缓解就业压力为主要教育目的,以创业知识和创业技能为主要教学内容,培养能够自谋职业或能够制造更多工作岗位的社会成员的教育。素质型创业教育是以培养学生具有企业家精神和素养为目的的教育。后金融危机背景下,实现从技能型创业教育向素质型创业教育转变的途径包括:转变政府职能,营造创业环境;改革教育制度,倡导批判精神;重构课程内容,实施渗透教育;构建教育体系,拓展教育年限等。
Skill-oriented entrepreneurship education is the education which mainly aims to relieve employment pressure,to train self-employed people or people who can produce more employment opportunities via acquisition of knowledge and skills on business establishment.Quality-based entrepreneurship education is the education which aims to cultivate students' spirituality and quality of entrepreneurship.Under the circumstances of post-crisis,transitional paths and measures from skill-oriented to quality-based entrepreneurship education include:adjust government functions to construct embarking environment,reform educational system to liberate critical spirit,reconstruct curricular contents to carry out infiltration education;constitute educational system to expand length of entrepreneurship education.
