我国台湾地区中等职业教育“升学导向”现象分析

Analysis on the Phenomena of"Education Enhancement Oriented"of Secondary Vocational Education in Taiwan of China

台湾中等职业学校学生升学渠道畅通,升学方式多元,升学比例逐年攀升,逐步进入升学导向阶段。这一取向是在经济需求、市场驱动、政策鼓励及传统文化观念等诸多因素影响下形成的。升学渠道的畅通为学生发展创造了更多的机遇,但也引发一些问题。借鉴台湾职业教育升学导向的成败得失,大陆中等职业教育应坚持大力发展的方针,拓宽生源渠道,加强中高等职业教育贯通,增强对于公民的吸引力。

The education enhancement approaches of secondary vocational school students in Taiwan are smooth,the enhancement modes are pluralistic and enhancement proportions are increasing year by year,which shows that,the secondary vocational education in Taiwan enters into the education enhancement phase.The trend is formed by the influence of various factors including economic demand,market-driven,policy encouragement and traditional cultural views.The education enhancement trend of secondary vocational education provided more opportunities for the development of students as well as solicited some problems.Referring the experiences and lessons of Taiwan,the secondary vocational education in mainland of China should persist in the vigorous development guideline,try to broaden student sources,strengthen the integration with higher vocational education and enhance the attractiveness.
