Consideration on Professional Development of Teaching Staff of Higher Vocational Schools

摘要 高职教师的专业化发展,应实行教师资格证书制度,明确职教教师的专业标准和要求;实现培养机构的多元化;进一步加强相关法律建设和政策引导;优化职业院校教师结构,不断提升"双师型"教师的综合素质;更新教师传统观念,培养教师的自我专业发展意识。 The professional development of higher vocational school teachers should implement teacher qualification certificate system and clarify the professional standard and requirements of vocational school teachers;achieve diversitication of cultivation institutions of higher vocational school teachers;further strengthen relative legal construction and policy guidance;enhance the comprehensive qualities of＂dual-qualification＂teachers to optimize the structure of teaching staff;update traditional view of teachers and cultivate teachers＇ sense of self-professional development.
