基于新生代农民工需求的职业教育与培训体系建构研究

Study on the Construction of Vocational Education and Training System Based on the Demand of the New Generation Rural Laborers

新生代农民工具有成长环境优越、从业年龄提前、文化层次较高、就业动机内倾、维权意识强烈和职业期望高等许多不同于老一代农民工的特点。他们在城市化进程中遇到了一些困惑和尴尬,对接受职业教育培训有着强烈的期待。因此,应为其接受职业教育培训创造条件,给予积极的职业教育关怀,构建相应的具有针对性的职业教育与培训体系,丰富培训内容。同时,积极进行职业教育与培训制度的安排与创新。

The new generation rural laborers have some characteristics different from rural laborers of the old generation,which include superior growth environment,advancement of working age,good educational background,inclination of employment motivation,intense awareness for safeguarding rights and high vocational expectations.Therefore,the government should create conditions for accepting vocational education and training of them,provide positive vocational education caring for them,build pertinent vocational education and training system,enrich training contents,and arrange and innovate vocational education and training system.
