2005-2009年温州地区妇幼卫生年报主要指标分析

Main index analysis of annual reports of maternal and child health from 2005 to 2009 in Wenzhou region

目的:了解温州地区当前妇幼保健工作的实际状况。方法:总结分析2005-2009年该地区妇幼卫生年报资料。结果:温州市7岁以下儿童保健和孕产妇保健状况保持在良好水平,5岁以下儿童死亡率和孕产妇死亡率等稳中有降,但流动人口各项死亡率比常住人口高,婚前医学检查率逐步回升。结论:寻找工作中的关键环节,采取相应有效地措施,提高妇幼保健工作水平。

Objective To understand the maternal and child health status in Wenzhou region.Methods The annual reports of maternal and child health from 2005 to 2009 in Wenzhou region were summarized and analyzed.Results Health status of children under the age of seven and maternal women were in good level,and mortality rate of children under the age of five and maternal women reduced year by year.But the mortality rate of migrant population was higher than that of the permanent population.The rate of premarital physical examination began to rise gradually.Conclusions Key points of work and corresponding measures can effectively improve maternity and child care.
