摘要
目的通过对两组学生临床理论知识、临床操作技能和临床实践能力考核的分析,研究两种临床见习模式实施效果的差别及其原因,对临床见习"5+5"模式的实施效果进行科学的评价。方法以湛江校区临床及相关专业学生作为对照组,实施临床见习传统模式;以东莞校区临床及相关专业学生作为实验组,实施临床见习"5+5"模式。结果两组学生的临床理论知识和临床实践能力培养效果基本相同;实验组学生的临床操作技能培养效果比对照组好。讨论临床见习"5+5"模式可以保证临床理论教学和实践能力培养的质量,提高学生临床技能操作能力,是一种可行、有效的临床见习新模式。
【Objectives】 To study the differences and reasons of two kinds of methods and assess the effect of the clinical clerkship ‘5+5’pattern scientifically.【Methods】 The control group of Zhanjiang campus students carries out the clinical traditional pattern,and the experimental group of Dongguan campus students carries out the clinical clerkship‘5+5’pattern.【Results】 It has no difference on score of the theoretical knowledge test and medical practice examination between two clinical clerkship patterns,but the clinical skills effect of clinical clerkship ‘5+5’pattern is better than the traditional pattern.【Conclusion】 The clinical clerkship‘5+5’pattern is not only to guarantee basic clinical theory teaching and the training quality of clincal practice,but also to improve the stundent's clinical skills,the clinical clerkship‘5+5’pattern is a feasible and effective pattern of clinical clerkship.
