目前,我国正处于深化医疗卫生体制改革的关键时期,该文从我国医疗卫生市场现状入手,分析了我国发展专科医师培养与准入制度的必要性,并从四个方面论述了我国实施专科医师培养与准入制度所需开展的重点工作。
