乳腺导管原位癌X线钼靶与磁共振检查的对比观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价X线钼靶与MRI对乳腺导管原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2003年1月~2010年6月我院对病理明确诊断的35例DCIS行MRI及X线钼靶(30例)摄片检查的临床资料。结果 X线钼靶诊断与病理结果符合16例(53.3%),MRI与病理诊断结果符合28例(80.0%)。结论 X线钼靶与MRI检查对DCIS的诊断各有其优势与局限性,两者联合检测可提高本病诊断的准确率。
