实施综合医院分级护理指导原则改进护理质量的效果评价

Effect of Improving Nursing Quality with Guide of Grading Nursing for General Hospital

目的探讨实施《综合医院分级护理指导原则》对护理质量的影响。方法选用判断取样法,通过对各病区的所有护士进行问卷调查和护理工作质量检查,对实施新颁布的分级护理指导原则前后半年的护理质量和护士的评价进行比较分析。结果实施新颁布的《综合医院分级护理指导原则》后的护理质量,较实施前的护理质量有显著提高(P<0.01)。90%以上的护理人员对新制度评价为好评。结论新的分级护理指导原则更便于落实,使分级管理更具科学性,有利于促进患者康复,确保患者安全,改进护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of improving nursing quality with the Guide of Grading Nursing for General Hospital.Methods The nursing quality before and after the implementation of the Guide of Grading Nursing for General Hospital was analyzed with questionnaires through judgment sampling method.Results The nursing quality after the implementation of the Guide of Grading Nursing for General Hospital was significant improved than that before the implementation（P0.01）.More than 90% of the nurses regarded that the new guide system was effective.Conclusion The new guide system is more reasonable and easy to be implemented which can improve the nursing quelity and raise the satisfaction of patients.
