摘要
以TiO2为光催化剂,双氧水(H2O2)为氧化剂,通过红外光谱分析和气相色谱质谱分析减渣催化氧化产物的组成与结构特征,考察TiO2和双氧水用量对大港减压渣油环己烷溶液体系的催化转化效果。结果表明:大港减压渣油环己烷溶液被光催化氧化后,烷烃、醇、醚和酯等小分子物质的相对含量明显增加;TiO2与双氧水共用可协同促进渣油的氧化,其氧化后的小分子相对含量收率可达28.51%,而单用双氧水的收率仅为13.43%。
By using TiO2 as photocatalyst and H2O2 as oxidant,components and structure characteristics of DVR s catalysis oxidation products were analyzed by FTIR and GC/MS.The effect of the amounts of TiO2 and H2O2 on the photo-catalysis of the system of cyclohexane solution was investigated.The results show that relative content of low molecular weight substance such as alkane,alcohol,aether,ester identified by FTIR and GC/MS can increase distinctly in DVR s cyclohexane solution.The yield of low molecular weight substance can reach 28.51% when TiO2 and H2O2 cooperate.However,the yield can only reach 13.43% when H2O2 is solely used.
