在肿瘤的生长、血管生成以及浸润和转移过程中,除了生长因子与抑癌基因突变、细胞周期改变等上游机制的参与外,蛋白酶扮演了最终共同途径的角色,并且在功能性或病理性组织重建过程中起到重要的作用。大量实验证明,
