ZTM/SiCp陶瓷的微波烧结研究

摘要 用微波烧结成功ZTM/SiCp三相复合陶瓷,SiC含量达到30vol%.提出“热过冲自我抑制”的思想.利用Al2O3+SiO2→Mul反应在微波烧结ZTM/SiCp陶瓷中实现了“热过冲自我抑制”.提出临界电场强度E*可作为判断是否会出现“热过冲”的判据.埋粉是调节微波场强的有效手段.SiC在低含量范围内有促进烧结的作用. In the microwave cavity the three phase ceramic composite ZTM/SiCp has been successfully sintered. The idea of ‘self inhibiting of thermal runaway’ was put forward and aplied to sintering ZTM/SiCp by the reaction Al 2O 3+SiO 2→Mul. The critical electrical field strength E * was regarded as a criterion which decides weather thermal runaway would occur. Changing the powder bed can adjust the field strength. SiC in ZTM/SiCp is able to accelerate sentering when its content is less than 30 vol%.
