摘要
"教师是学校发展的第一要素",建设一支稳定的师资队伍是学校可持续发展的关键。加强学校师资队伍建设,充分发挥教师的积极性、主动性和创新性,充分挖掘他们的潜能,而传统的管理模式与教师群体的特点之间存在着冲突,这就要求高职院校管理者要及时转变观念,调整思路,向人本管理转变。
Teacher is the first essence of school development.A stable teaching staff is the key to sustainable development.Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff must fully arouse the teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and innovative,and fully exploit their full potential.Yet the conflict between the traditional management and teaching groups would require the school leaders to change the professorship in time,and adjust to the humanism management.
