摘要
2000年松江区开始探索镇、村卫生机构一体化管理实施办法。2005年松江区以卫生综合改革为契机,为社区卫生服务的运行机制、区域卫生资源整合联动和医药分开等举措的一体化建设奠定了基础,初步形成了具有上海市郊区特点的新型社区卫生服务体制一体化、管理一体化和服务一体化。介绍松江区开展新型社区卫生服务一体化建设的具体做法和思考,为国内类似地区探索社区卫生服务一体化建设提供借鉴。
The integrated management of township and village health institutions was explored and implemented in 2000 in Songjiang District.Comprehensive health reform carried out in 2005 was an opportunity to integrated management of community health service（CHS）.Operating mechanism of CHS,linkage of regional health resources and separation of medicine have been further improved and laid the foundation for integrated management.The characteristics of system integration,management integration and service integration in outskirts of Shanghai has been taken shape on.The practice and thinking on integrated management of new community health service in Songjiang were described in this article and reference was provided to the domestic region similar to Songjiang.
