摘要
目的发现问题,提出对策,提高医院防治疾病的工作能力和效率。方法对医院记录、统计和文件等文献资料进行定量和定性分析。结果医院存在规章制度不健全,医院发展资金不足,工资制度不合理,人才引进机制不完善等问题。建议抓住机遇,加快发展;依规治院,加强领导;注重内涵,内外兼修;深化改革,完善机制;提高质量,树立品牌;改变策略,追求双赢。
s OBJECTIVE To find the problems,and bring forward the strategies to improve the ability and efficiency of disease control and prevention.METHODS Doing the quantitative and qualitative analysis to the hospital records,statistics and documents.RESULTS Hospital rules and regulations are not perfect;Development funding is insufficient;The wage system is unreasonable;The human mechanism is inadequate.ADVICE Seize the opportunities,speed up the development;Govern the hospital with regulations,strengthen the leadership;Emphasize the connotation,cultivate both inside and outside;Deepen the reform,complete the mechanism;Raise the quality,set up the brand;Change the strategy,pursuit the win-win situation.
