阴离子交换纤维对磷酸根离子吸附性能及机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 以含偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维为原料,经Fe(NO3)3溶液处理,制得阴离子交换纤维,以其为吸附材料,对磷酸根离子进行吸附规律研究;并采用红外光谱仪(IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,阴离子交换纤维对磷酸根离子的吸附反应符合Freundlich及Langmuir等温吸附模型,饱和吸附量为8.299 mmol/g。采用初始浓度法确定该反应为一级反应;在不同温度下对初始浓度为0.04994 mol/L的磷酸根离子进行吸附,测定了各温度下的反应速率常数,由速率常数与温度的关系得出反应的活化能Ea=22.55 kJ/mol,速率常数k=40.65 e-Ea/RT。 The anion-exchange fiber was prepared via treating chelate fiber with amidoxime group with Fe(NO_3)_(3)solution.The adsorption of phosphate anion^()on the anion-exchange fiber in aqueous solution was studied.The samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope.The results showed that its adsorptive behavior for phosphate anion could be well interpreted by the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm adsorption models,and the saturate adsorption capacity of anion-exchange fiber for phosphate anion was 8.299 mmol/g.The reaction was consistent with the first-order kinetic model.The reaction rate constants were measured by the reaction of anion-exchange fiber with phosphate anion(initial concentration 0.04994 mol/L) at different temperatures.According to the correlation of k with the temperature,the activation energy was obtained.The reaction rate constant equation could be expressed as k=40.65 e^(-Ea/RT),and the activation energy E_a=22.55 kJ/mol.
