摘要
旨在探讨长江下游集装箱港口体系的基本格局、功能结构与发展特征.文章首先阐述了全球集装箱运输的基本格局和长江下游集装箱港口体系的发展现状;然后通过对该集装箱港口体系的流量、流向结构分析,认为现阶段该港口体系仍属东亚一些大型远洋集装箱枢纽港口的支线港群,体系内部的职能分工机制开始发育,但尚不完善;最后采用系统动力学模型对长江下游集装箱港口体系的集装箱吞吐量进行了预测,预测结果表明,该集装箱港口体系的发展现状远不适应形势发展的需要,未来该港口体系将形成以上海港为中心枢纽港、江苏四港为干线喂给港的相互协调。
The main propose is to study the pattern, function and development of the lower Changjang River container port system. The lower Changjiang River container port system is consisted of five principal ports(Shanghai Nanjing Zhangjiagang Nantong Zhenjiang port)and of great importance in shaping port economy and regional development as well as integrated transportation network. This paper, based on regional and comprehensive studies, lays a particular emphasis on the locational features and strategic positions of the lower Changjiang River container port system in regional, national and international container transpontation network. In the broadest sense this container port system is adjacent to the East Asia that is one of three main container markets in the world. In a narrower sense it, as an important part of container transportation system in China, has influenced the external trade and economic development on a regional or national scale. \ \ This paper has examined the function structure of this port system from the angles of container flow structure. Author recognizes that the ports are, in general, the feeder ports of Japan and Hong Kong although four ports in Jiangsu Province have provided Shanghai port with many containers. According to system dynamics model, there will appear and obvious tendency to rize in container throughout of 5 principal container ports on the lower Changjiang River from 1996 to 2000. The present situation of this port system is not still able to conform with the need of foreign trade and economic development at national, regional levels. In the author's opinion, the construction of Shanghai port as a hub of container transportation must be speeded up and comprehensive planning of the container port system must be strengthened in the future.
