摘要
用微波辐照法制备了均分散α-Fe2O3胶体粒子,用透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)以及X-衍射(XRD)等手段对粒子进行了表征.粒子的形状基本上是假立方体.在制备过程中加入高分子聚乙烯吡咯啉酮(PVP)既可以减小粒子的体积,又不影响粒子的晶格.当有PVP存在时,降低原料的浓度可以得到α-Fe2O3纳米粒子.
The uniform nanometer sized ferric oxide particles was prepared by microwave irradiation. The particles have pseudocubic form. The property of the final particles was characterized by TEM FTIR XRD Addition of macromolecules ployvinyl pyrroldione K 30(PVP) not only reduced the size of particles but also keep the crystal habit of the particles no change. The experiment results indicates that α Fe 2O 3 nanoparticles may be prepared by decrease of raw materials concentration.
