摘要 提出了一种多层铺丝的路径生成算法,用于成型自由型开曲面构件。给定芯模曲面和铺放角度后,首先,创建平面与相关偏置曲面相交,交线作为初始路径,进而在各曲面上连续等距偏移至边界;然后,变换平面和对应偏置曲面重复上述过程,实现多层铺丝路径的生成;最后给出了仿真实验并验证了该算法的简单与可行。与前人的成果比较,推导出了明确统一的路径生成方程,同时为多层铺丝提供了相关算法。 A path planning algorithm is proposed for the fiber placement on open-contoured structures.The core module surface and placement angles are given in advance.Firstly,a related plane and the intersect with offset surfaces are created,and the intersection lines are used as initial paths.Secondly,continuously offset them on surfaces and extend to borders.Then,transform planes and surfaces,and the above steps are repeated,the multi-layer fiber placement paths are generated.Finally,an experiment verifies its simplicity and applicability.Compared with previous methods,explicit formulas are derived to compute paths and the multi-layer path planning algorithm is presented.
