造纸机湿端定量前馈—串级调节系统的建模与模拟分析

MODELING AND SIMULATION OF FEEDFORWARD CASCADE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PAPER BASIS WEIGHT IN WET END OF PAPER MACHINE

介绍了造纸机湿端定量前馈—串级调节系统的原理与流程图， 提出了过程模拟的数学模型， 考虑了调节器的参数整定。模拟结果表明， 纸页定量前馈—串级调节系统对进浆浓度 Ｃｓｉ 和定量阀前后压力差ｄ Ｐｖ 变化产生的干扰有很好的调节作用， 而对白水浓度 Ｃｓ２ 的变化没有调节作用。

Basic weight is one of the most important quality index of paper, and it is the basic automatic control system in paper machine automation. The article introduces the principle and process diagram of feedforward cascade control system for basis weight in papermaking process. The mathematical model of process simulation and the parameters turning of controller are also presented. The results of simulation shows that the feedforward cascade control system of paper basis weight is available for the disturbance of stock consistency ( Csi ) and the pressure difference between controlled valve( dp v ),while is unavailable for the disturbance of white water consistency( Cs2 ).
