摘要
提出了一种基于性能退化的贮存加速试验和元器件贮存寿命特征检测分析相结合的方法来进行引进产品电子部件贮存可靠性试验评价研究,并介绍了贮存加速退化试验和寿命特征检测的有关方法。
In this paper,an approach combining the accelerated storage test based on performance degradation with the analysis of component storage life characteristics is introduced for the storage test and assessment of the components of imported products.The practices associated with the accelerated storage degradation test and life characterization is presented.
