摘要
近年来,钢铁企业以提高企业物流效率来获得竞争优势,因此物流绩效评价日益重要,而建立科学合理的物流绩效评价体系是绩效评价的前提。文中通过对钢铁企业物流绩效评价指标的分析与选择,结合多级模糊评价方法建立钢铁企业物流绩效综合评价模型,最后进行实证分析,体现指标体系的合理性以及评价方法的实用性和可操作性。
Recently, many steel enterprises Strengthen competitive advantages by improving the efficiency of the logistic efficiency. And Logistics performance evaluation is becoming increasingly important, the premise of performance evaluation is to establishing a scientific and reasonable logistics perfommnce evaluation system. This article analysis and choices the steel enterprise logistics performance evaluation indes, and establish the logistics performance comprehensive evaluation model by combining with multi - grade fuzzy evaluation method. Finally through empirical analysis proves the index system of this article constructs is reasonable, and evaluation method is operable.
