摘要
文中在西安烟草物流现状及存在的问题的基础上,结合物流网络系统结构划分的理论,总体构建了西安烟草物流的网络体系,包括业务运作网络、管理信息网络和组织运作网络。西安烟草物流网络体系构建应实现上述三网的"三网合一",才能从整体上提升西安烟草物流服务的质量和效率。
based on the present situation and problems of Xi＇ an tobacco logistics, this paper,according to the theory of logistics network system, constructs the logistics network system of Xi＇ an tobacco, including the operations network, the management information network and tile organization network. If the above mentioned ＂three networks＂ can be applied to the network system of Xi＇ an tobacco logistics and its tobacco logistics service will become more competent and efficient on the whole.
