摘要
文中分析了我国连锁零售企业在推进信息化的进程中存在的问题:一方面,一些连锁企业对配送中心信息化建设不足;另一方面,一些连锁企业却盲目、片面追求信息技术的先进性。连锁企业要想成功实施信息化,一定要从企业的整个资源规划和管理需要出发,制定好自己的信息化策略。
The paper analyses the problems in the informationization of distribution centers of chain enterprises. On one hand, some chain enterprises implement insufficient construction of informationization of distribution centers. On the other hand, some chain enterprises pro'sue the advancement of information technology thoughtlessly and unilaterally. To implement informationization successfully, chain enterprises should make strategies of infonnationization according the entire programming of resources and demand of enterprises management,
