我国物流业规模快速增长,发展环境和条件不断改善,但懂得现代物流管理知识的高技能物流人才比较缺乏,高技能物流人才培养成为当务之急。文中首先分析了我国物流教育现状,从师资队伍建设、人才培养目标、教学方法和教学经费投入等方面,指出我国物流人才培养存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了相应的高技能人才培养对策。

China＇ s logistics industry is expanding fast with constantly improved environment and facilities. But there is a shortage of talents who have solid expertise knowledge and management skills. Therefore one of the urgent tasks facing the logistics industry is to develop the logistics talents to meet the demand. This thesis first analyzes the current situation education on logistics mainly with regards to the improvement on college teachers＇ competence, teaching objectives, teaching methods, and teaching fund investment. It furthermore points out the main problems in the logistics education and comes up with the solutions.
