Communist Party of China and state development:perspective of state-building experience

根据国家建设理论中的国家自主性与国家能力这两个概念反思我国六十年的国家建设历程,坚持党的领导,实现现代化的国家建设目标,是我国社会主义政治文明建设的基本经验。党领导下的国家自主性与国家能力立基于党的建设、调适与转型。由历史形成的"党领导国家"政治形态,中国共产党通过党的建设与完善来取得自主性与治理能力,以面对及回应内外政治环境的挑战与变迁。通过意识形态建设、党对人力的调动与运用、治理国家,加强党领导下的国家能力建设。

According to the theory of state-building of state independence and state capacity to reflect on the two concepts of its state-building history of sixty years,the leadership of the Party to achieve state development goals of modernization of China＇s socialist political civilization construction and experience,Party under the leadership capacity of state independence and state legislation on party building,adjustment and transformation,the CPC has established ＂the party leading the state＂ political form through the construction and improvement of the Party to obtain independence and governance capacity to face and respond to internal and external challenges and changes in the political environment,and has strengthened the building through ideology,the party＇s mobilization of manpower and use of governing the country,thus reinforcing the party under the leadership of state capacity building.
