石榴素局部注射对老年肺癌并发胸腔积液患者的疗效观察

摘要 目的了解石榴素治疗老年肺癌并发胸腔积液患者的效果。方法肺癌并发胸腔积液老年患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。石榴素治疗组在B超定位下进行胸腔穿刺,抽净胸腔积液,石榴素每次60mg加生理盐水20ml注入胸腔,顺铂治疗组胸腔内注入顺铂40mg,每周治疗2次。1个月后评价疗效及生存质量、毒性反应情况。结果治疗组的有效率为88%,对照组为92%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);但石榴素组毒性反应明显减少,生存质量明显改善。结论石榴素胸腔内注射治疗老年肺癌并发胸腔积液是一种安全性高,毒性反应小,耐受性好的有效方法。
