摘要
对变齿厚渐开线齿轮在交变载荷作用下齿根弯曲交变应力进行有限元瞬态响应分析。同时使用不同的截面参数利用传统的一般渐开线圆柱齿轮强度计算方法计算变齿厚齿轮齿根弯曲应力,通过将有限元解与传统方法计算的结果进行比较,得出对变齿厚齿轮进行齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算时应以中间端截面参数为依据的结论。为提高变齿厚齿轮的齿根弯曲强度设计齿轮两侧压力角不等的非对称齿廓,并分析工作齿侧压力角的变化对齿轮承载能力的影响。
The article analysed the transient response of finite element for the bending alternate stress of dedendum when the variable tooth thickness involute gear operates in alternate load,meanwhile,it takes different sectional parameter into caculating the dedendum's bending fatigue intensity of variable tooth thickness gear by the traditional arithmetic of cylindrical gear's intensity of generic involute.Comparing the finite element solution with the traditional calculation,it concluded that we should calculate the dedendum's flexual fatigue intensity of the variable tooth thicknessgear based on the intermediate sectioanl parameter.In order to enhance the dedendum's flexual intensity for the variable tooth thickness gear,the article showed the design of dissymmetrical tooth outline of unequal pressure angles in either gear's side,and analysed the infection of pressure angle of driving side variety on the carrying capacity of gear.
